Intro to Pole | FIRST TIMERS & NEW Beginners

Our Intro to Pole Class is designed for first timers and new beginner students.

Feel free to take this class as often as you like! We highly recommend 4 to 6 classes before moving into Level 1.

Students will learn pole terminology, master the basics with a variety of pole dance FUNdamentals, build strength, learn ideal form, technique and safety.

BRING: Water, Knee Pads or Leg Warmers (if you have them if not it's ok).

WEAR: Leggings over form-fitting shorts, Tank top, and sock.

*Be sure to leave all your jewelry at home and don't wear any lotions.

IMPORTANT STUDIO POLICIES

We do not offer refunds or transfers, please keep this in mind when making any purchase at this location.

NO FOOD or DRINKS are allowed in the studio PLEASE. Water, a protein bar or healthy snacks are 100% okay.

Class registration closes 2 hours prior to class start time. If you are not 100% sure if you can make it to class, we encourage you to register right before the 2 hour closing time. SOMETIMES we have the time to manually open the class 15 minutes prior to class start time but many times we don't, so please register prior to the 2 hour closing time.

You can not attend class without your text or email confirmation of that scheduled registered class.

If you early cancel your scheduled class, your class credit will go back to your Membership or class package. All other students; class credit will go on a studio gift card to your student account. All studio policies apply, please review them on the website.

No show and late cancel students will lose their class. You MUST cancel your registration a minimum of 24 hours prior to class start time to prevent losing your class credit.

All Students will be charged $5 each time they late cancel. Unlimited members will lose 3 days from their monthly pass in addition to their late cancel fee. All students will be charged a $25 no cancel/no show if they fail to attend a scheduled class.

Designed for the absolute beginner—no dance, flexibility, or fitness experience required! This progressive 8-week series is the perfect way to begin, rebuild, or refresh your pole journey.With guidance from a certified, supportive instructor, you’ll learn the fundamentals of pole fitness while building strength, stamina, flexibility, and confidence you never imagined possible. 💸 8 Classes (1 hour each) – just $169 for the full series 🔥 LIMITED TIME: Use code POLEDANCE to SAVE $40!

Series Structure

  • Meets once a week on the same day and time for 8 weeks (60 minutes each).
  • Weeks 1–6: Static Pole (non-spinning) basics
  • Weeks 7–8: Intro to Spin Pole

By the end, you’ll understand how to safely train on the pole, flow with confidence, and begin to express your creativity through movement.

  • Optional but recommended: Knee pads for floorwork.

Important Notes

  • Minimum: 4 students required for the series to hold. If the minimum isn’t met, you’ll receive a studio credit on your student account. (no refunds/transfers).
  • Make-up: 1 make-up class included—contact Kasey to schedule a drop-in at your level.
  • Class size: Up to 12 students (6 poles available, sharing ensures everyone learns by doing and observing).
  • Commitment: Please confirm your availability—spots are reserved for the full 8 weeks.
  • Results: Consistency is key! Open Pole practice between classes is highly encouraged.

Aerial Yoga

Float, stretch, and strengthen in this uplifting class that blends traditional yoga with the freedom of aerial movement. Using a soft fabric hammock for support, you’ll explore yoga poses, inversions, and flows that deepen flexibility, improve core strength, and release tension from the spine.

Our Aerial Yoga classes are designed for all levels — whether you’re new to the hammock or an experienced flyer. Each session guides you through mindful breathwork, gentle conditioning, and playful exploration, leaving you feeling grounded, lengthened, and light as air.

Pole Flow | Level 1 | Experience Required

Not for brand new students. We recommend 4 to 6 Intro to Pole classes before moving into this Level 1 Pole class.

Our Pole Flow class is based on a fusion of dance technique, basic principles of pole dance and artistic interpretation of the music and rhythm. After a deep warm-up we will work on different pole moves and transitions which will be put together into a beautiful pole flow sequence.

WHAT TO BRING: Water and pole grip

WHAT TO WEAR: Tank top, sports bra, form-fitted shorts, leggings. Knee pads or knee high socks/leg warmers to cover the knees, otherwise students may not be able to maximize their experience in this class. Be sure to leave all your jewelry at home and don't wear any lotions.

Open Practice | Pole

THIS IS NOT A CLASS SETTING, NO INSTRUCTION WILL BE PROVIDED.

Please bring headphones if you plan on listening to music. There will be a stereo playing. 

Open Pole Practice is a scheduled, unstructured time to do your pole "homework." This is a great opportunity to work on choreography and movement you have been working on in class. Pole Only. No inversions or moves you aren't already proficient at.

Please respect the equipment and employ safe practice. Always use a crash mat.

Space rentals are for personal use (practice, rehearsals, videotaping, etc.), and are not for profit or instructional purposes. Please note, if guidelines are not adhered to we reserve the right to end your rental early without refund.

A 24-hour cancelation policy applies when booking a private space rental; you will not receive your credit back for future use if you cancel less than 24 hours ahead of time.

Space rentals are booked by the hour. We do not book half-hour rentals.

Space rentals for photoshoots or video projects.

Spin Pole | Intermediate L2 | Tricks & Combos

Spin Pole Tricks & Combos

Spin Pole Tricks & Combos is designed for students who are ready to move beyond the basics and dive into dynamic sequences of spins, tricks, and holds. This class builds on intermediate-level foundations while introducing fluid transitions, creative combos, and a touch of artistry. Expect to strengthen your body, sharpen your technique, and explore the freedom of movement on spin pole.

What to Expect:

  • Skill Building: Advance from foundational spins and climbs into tricks such as leg hangs, butterfly variations, and inversion prep.
  • Combo Work: Learn to link tricks together, creating seamless, flowing sequences.
  • Strength & Flexibility: Develop core and upper-body power while improving flexibility for cleaner lines and safer execution.
  • Transitions: Master the art of moving smoothly between tricks for effortless flow.
  • Routine Development: Practice incorporating combos into short choreographies, adding style and creativity to your movement.
  • Progressive Learning: Many combos are revisited over multiple weeks, allowing students to refine technique and gain confidence.

Prerequisites & Level:
This is an intermediate-level 2 class. Students should already feel confident with:

  • Pole climbs and basic spins
  • Pole sits and upright holds
  • Comfort preparing for inversions

For higher-level variations, the focus expands into mastering advanced grips, leg switches, shoulder mounts, and eventually flips and dynamic aerial transitions.

Pole | Intro to Level 1+

This class is suitable for participants with no experience all the way to upper beginner.

From first-time beginners to upper beginners this class is tailored to each student's needs. This class covers foundational moves and their progressions and is suitable for a variety of skill sets and abilities. Not sure if you're ready to move up? Still in the in-between? Very first class? This class is meant to encompass all of these scenarios. Students will learn pole terminology, master the basics and progressions with a variety of pole dance FUNdamentals, build strength, learn ideal form, technique and safety.

Pole Beginner | Level 1 | Experience Required

We recommend 4 to 6 Intro classes OR completing the 4 Week Series Intro to Pole PRIOR to moving into Beginner Pole Classes.

Expanding on your Intro to Pole classes, students will continue to build confidence! This class is designed for experienced beginner pole students. You will continue to focus on good form, technique and building strength on both sides for Beginner pole moves, spins, floorwork, and transitions.

Progress at this level is focused on gaining skills at climbing, learning to invert safely from the ground. Combine spins, and move smoothly up, down and all around the pole.

This level of pole will progress slightly faster than your Intro to Pole classes because your basics are under your belt. You are still encouraged to learn at your own pace, rushing progress or jumping ahead can lead to injuries and feel overwhelming. Just remember-Pole Fitness is a journey, not a race!
